Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 20, 2026
LiquorBay ("LiquorBay," "we," or "us") provides a commerce platform for beverage retailers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using LiquorBay you agree to the practices described below.
Information we collect
- Account data. Name, email, phone, business name, and role when you or your employer sign up.
- Store data. Products, pricing, inventory, orders, customers, and configuration you submit to the platform.
- Google data. When you connect Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, or Google Business Profile, we receive OAuth tokens and the specific resource data you authorize (catalog items, performance metrics, reviews, listing details).
- Usage data. Log data (IP, browser, timestamps) and analytics needed to run and secure the service.
How we use information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the platform.
- Sync your catalog, inventory, orders, and performance metrics across the surfaces you connect.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates.
Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use
LiquorBay's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We will never:
- Transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features.
- Use Google user data to serve advertisements.
- Allow humans to read Google user data unless we have explicit consent, it's required for security, to comply with applicable law, or our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
Google OAuth scopes we request
openid, email, profile— sign-in identity.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/content— read and write your Google Merchant Center catalog.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage— read Business Profile listings and reviews, and post replies you author.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly— read Google Analytics performance data for your configured property.
You can disconnect any Google integration at any time from your store admin. When you disconnect, we revoke the OAuth grant and delete the refresh token. Some cached data (e.g., prior analytics snapshots) is retained per your retention settings.
How we store and protect data
Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM using keys that are never stored alongside the ciphertext. Production data is isolated from development. We use least-privilege access controls, audit logging, and TLS in transit.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with subprocessors that help us operate the platform (hosting, payments, email delivery) under contracts that restrict their use to the services we ask them to perform.
Your choices
- Disconnect any Google integration from your store admin.
- Request export or deletion of your account data by emailing support@liquor-bay.com.
