Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LiquorBay platform, websites, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to sell alcoholic beverages in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the product, customer, and business data you submit. You grant LiquorBay a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

3. Google-connected services

When you connect Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, or Google Business Profile, you authorize LiquorBay to make API calls on your behalf using the scopes listed in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time.

4. Acceptable use

  • No sale of products to minors or in jurisdictions where prohibited.
  • No attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the platform.
  • No uploading of content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes on rights.

5. Fees

Fees, if any, are described in your order form or on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms or as required by law.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LiquorBay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiquorBay's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to LiquorBay in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
